Motorola Droid Turbo user manual leaked

Motorola just launched many successful devices this fall, including the Moto G 2014, Moto X 2014, Moto 360 and the Moto Hint. The company is also developing the Nexus 6 Shamu handset together with Google, pegged for an October 15 launch, along with Google’s new Android L 5.0 operating system. Even though that should be enough news about a company, it seems Motorola wants even more and will be launching a Motorola Droid Maxx successor in the form of the Motorola Droid Turbo.

The Motorola Droid Turbo has been rumored around for a couple of weeks now, but it hasn’t received any attention from Motorola until now. A Motorola Droid Turbo user guide was recently leaked, so we can take that as a evidence that the Droid Turbo exists and will hit stores soon enough. According to the user manual, the Motorola Droid Turbo will sport a 5.2 inch qHD display with capacitative buttons adjoined, as well as a pretty familiar design for Motorola Droid fans. The Motorola Droid Turbo will also feature NFC and a whopping 21 MP rear camera with dual LED flash.

Naturally, the new Motorola software enhancement like the Moto Assist, Moto Actions, Moto Connect and Moto Display will also be featured on the Motorola Droid Turbo. What’s interesting about the Droid Turbo is that it will feature wireless charging and will be compatible with the Motorola Turbo Charger.  Motorola will be using a nanoSIM for the Motorola Droid Turbo and the phone will be a Verizon exclusive device.

The Motorola Droid Turbo will be powered by a Snapdragon 805 CPU with an Adreno 420 GPU, backed by 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. There won’t be a microSD card slot, so you will have to make due with the internal storage on the Motorola Droid Turbo or use the cloud service of your choice to save some space on the handset. The front camera on the Motorola Droid Turbo will probably be an average 2 MP shooter, but that hasn’t been confirmed by the user manual just yet. You can read the full manual at motofirmware, who have leaked it to the public.
