Sword Art Online: Lost Song Receives a Second Trailer

Sword Art Online: Lost Song has had small bits of information revealed over the past few weeks. Continuing that stream of information, Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for the upcoming RPG.

In the new trailer (seen below), players get a glimpse of what to expect from Sword Art Online: Lost Song. The trailer gives a look at some of the playable characters, and shows off some of the action in the game. We see characters such Kirito, Asuna, Leafa, and Philia in action. We also get a glimpse at the newly announced characters Strea and Agro as well. We also get a small peak at the world that players will be able to explore in the game, as well as some of the enemies that gamers will be able to take on. The trailer also shows what battle in will look like in Sword Art Online: Lost Song.

Based in the virtual reality game of ALfheim Online, players are able to explore a floating continent called Svart Alfheim. There is a base city area called “Sky Capital Line,” where players are able to visit various shops, an inn, and a bar. Players are able to mingle with each other, deposit items, and adjust their gear. Sword Art Online: Lost Song will feature a four-player online mode, where players form parties and quest together. Players pick a quest, choose the character that they would like to play as, and try to complete the quest together.

Sword Art Online: Lost Song will release in Japan on March 26th. The game will release on the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita systems. There is no North American date as of yet, though Asia will receive an English localization. There will also be a special edition version of the game, which comes with the game, an art book, soundtrack, and posters.
