More Theatrhythm DLC Comes to Curtain Call

Recently, the Final Fantasy rhythm game has been making music from outside the Final Fantasy catalog available for play through DLC. Recent additions have been popular songs from The World Ends With You, Chrono Trigger, and Bravely Default. Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call has been rolling the new content out in installments in both Japan and North America. This installment of Theatrhythm DLC has some new and interesting tracks to pick from.

The most recent batch of music is out in Japan today. The most exciting is a piece from NieR alongside some additional tracks from popular games like Chrono Trigger, SaGa, and Legend of Mana. Each costs 150 yen. The release date for the newest Theatrhythm DLC in North America, according to Nova Crystallis, is February 19. Here, the DLC tracks have usually cost $0.99 so I’m betting that that price will be on these latest additions as well. It’s a pretty good price. It might not be worth buying all the tracks, but it’s better than even the typical song on iTunes in terms of price.

Here’s the full list from the February 4 update:

-Final Fantasy IX: “Vamo’ alla flamenco” (BMS)

-Chrono Trigger: “Frog’s Theme” (BMS)

-SaGa Frontier 2: “Mißgestalt” (BMS)

-Seiken Densetsu 3: “Swivel” (BMS)

-NieR- “Kaine/Salvation” (FMS)

-Legend of Mana: “Bejeweled City Ruined” (FMS)
If you missed the last update of Theatrhythm DLC from January 22, here’s the pack that featured some catchy tunes from The World Ends With You

-Final Fantasy VIII: “Liberi Fatali” (BMS)

-Romancing SaGa 3: “Last Battle” (BMS)

-Chrono Trigger: “World Revolution” (BMS)

-The World Ends With You: “Twister” (BMS)

-Chrono Trigger: “Wind Scene” (FMS)

-The World Ends With You: “Calling” (FMS)

So, go ahead and get to your 3DS if you still love Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call. There’s plenty of new content to master.
