Mortal Kombat X System Requirements Revealed

Unlike Mortal Kombat’s signature catchphrase, the system requirements will not finish off your computer. The game will run surprisingly well on an average computer without running too hard. According to PCGamer, the recommended specs to play Mortal Kombat X on PC is:

• Processor: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz | AMD FX-8350, 4.0 GHz
• Memory: 8 GB RAM
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 | AMD Radeon HD 7950
• DirectX: Version 11
• Network: Broadband Internet connection
• Hard Drive: 40 GB available space

NetherRealm Studios, the developer behind the Mortal Kombat series does plan on gruesomely murdering everyone’s wallets, with the company announcing 4 different “Kollector’s Editions”, ranging in price from $90 to $180 USD. Anyone who pre-orders Mortal Kombat X or any Mortal Kombat X: Kollector’s Edition will also receives Goro as a playable fighter.

Mortal Kombat X Premium Edition ($89.99)

• Available exclusively as a digital download on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC
• The Kombat Pack, which includes access to four add-on playable characters from Klassic Kombatants to Iconic guest characters.

Mortal Kombat X Limited Edition ($99.99)

• Available exclusively at GameStop for PS4 and Xbox One
• Exclusive Scorpion Skin – this skin design, inspired by the Cold War, is a collaboration between NetherRealm Studios and a fan artist from the MKKollective.com, a crowd-sourced destination where Mortal Kombat enthusiasts can upload, submit and share their MK-related art, images, cosplay, music and videos.

Mortal Kombat X: Kollector’s Edition by Coarse ($149.99)

• Available at retail for PS4 and Xbox One
