Next year will see the long-awaited release of the Final Fantasy VII Remake, with the original game launching on PS1 over 20 years ago. While the game will be retailing at the standard $59.99, those who jump on the wagon now will be able to get the game for a considerable discount considering it isn’t even out yet.
We’ve seen discounts on the game’s price on Amazon in the past, but now it has dipped to the lowest it has ever been. If you hop on over to the Amazon page quickly you will see that the game is currently a whopping 25% off, bringing the price to under $45. You likely won’t even see prices like this 6 months after the game launches, so if you’re planning on picking the game up then you should absolutely take advantage of this.
Keep in mind that this is only the first part of this remake project, and it hasn’t been revealed just how many parts there will be. Judging from the footage we’ve seen and what the developers have been saying, it looks like this remake will only be covering the Midgar portion of the game. Seeing as there’s much more to the game than just that section, it’s possible that there could be a few more parts beyond this initial release.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is in development exclusively for PS4, with the release date being set for March 3rd, 2020.
