Indie Tchia Shows Physics-Based Locomotion and Traversal

Tchia, a charming indie game, is coming to PS5 and PS4 in Spring. Tchia uses physics-based locomotion and stamina-restricted climbing like other post-Breath of the Wild games.

Use palm trees to slingshot yourself into the air and your glider to gently land—or miscalculate and crash. Players cannot add waypoints to the map, so they must learn the local geography and interact with their surroundings.

Tchia can soul-jump to transform into game characters and objects. We’re excited to see post-launch compilation clips of all the physics shenanigans.

How do you like Tchia and its unique traversal mechanics?
