Hyperdimension Neptunia Hypercollection Rated for PlayStation 4 in Germany

Hyperdimension Neptunia has not seen a title on the PlayStation 4 yet. While we know that a new title in the series is coming next year, we may also be getting a collection of older games for the system as well.

On the USK, the German rating board, a title by the name of Hyperdimension Neptunia Hypercollection was rated. While we do know of a few other titles from the series are coming out, this collection would be with Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II as the only PlayStation 4 titles. This would be great chance for those that missed out on previous titles to be able to experience the series before Victory II releases. While the Re;birth series of remakes are either already released or on the way, they make many huge changes compared to the original titles, changing the battle system and adding and removing some characters. Also rated was the Arland Trilogy for the PlayStation 3. The series may contain Atelier Rorona, Atelier Totori, and Atelier Meruru, the three games in the series that take place in the land of Arland.

The Hyperdimension Neptunia series takes place in a world called Gamindusti. The world is separated into four regions: Planeptune, Lastation, Lowee, and Leanbox. Each region represents a specific video game console, with the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, and Dreamcast all being represented. In this world, four goddesses fight for power in a war called the Console Wars. So far, three games in the main series line have been released, with one more on the way. Also on the way are many remakes and spin-off titles. The series has also produced an anime and manga series.

There are a number of Hyperdimension Neptunia games coming within the next year. These include Victory II for the PS4, Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart, Hyperdimension Neptunia U, Re;birth 2: Sisters Generation, and Re;birth 3: V Century for the PS Vita.
