Call of Duty Advanced Warfare recommended requirements revealed

The recommended system requirements for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare were unveiled on Steam. You can check them out below to find out if you will be able to run the game at full capacity.

The specs include a 64-bit operating system (either Windows 7, 8 or 8.1). For the game to work well, you will also need a Intel Core i5-2500K processor at 3.30 GHz, 8 GB of RAM and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 video card with 4 GB of VRAM. Additionally, the game requires DirectX 11, a Broadband Internet Connection, 55 GB of available hard drive space and 100% DirectX 9.0c compatible 16-bit sound card.

Though many requirements are considerably larger than the minimum ones, the hard disk space needed stays the same. Of course, 55 GB is still a lot of space for a game. Probably some gamers consider it too much, while others don’t care because they have a lot of space to spare. One can only hope that this installment in the Call of Duty franchise will be better than its predecessors. At least graphically, we know it is.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be released on November 4, 2014, on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.  The game is developed by Sledgehammer Games and High Moon Studios and published by Activision. You can pre-purchase the regular edition of Advanced Warfare for $59.99. Additionally, you can buy the Digital Pro Edition for $99.99 (or upgrade the regular version to Digital Pro for $40). The Digital Pro Edition contains the Season Pass, the Atlas Gorge multiplayer map and several bonus digital content.  If you want to pre-purchase the Season Pass, you will have to pay $49.99 (this does not include the game itself, which is a different purchase). Don’t forget that pre-ordering Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will grant you access to the Day Zero Edition, which enables you to play the game one day before its release and get double XP while doing so.
