The fourth Evolve monster will be revealed soon and 2K wants you to name it
Turtle Rock Studios and 2K Games are currently working on the fourth Evolve monster and will be ready to unveil it soon. Before such a time however, the two companies need your help with a little something. The team says that the fourth Evolve monster is currently in the prototype stage, which means that its design and abilities are all there but players will not be able to take it for a spin just yet. This monster will likely undergo various changes in the coming weeks and months, but for now the team is trying to come up with a good name for this new creature and that’s where you come in.
If you head over to this page by December 1st you can cast your vote and help decide on a good name for the fourth Evolve monster. You won’t be able to come up with just any old name though. The team has already narrowed down the choice to the following: Juggernaut, Titan, Colossus, and Behemoth. While not a whole lot of further details have been given, it’s pretty clear that any name would fit nicely based on its huge size. Turtle Rock and 2K is still keeping everything under wraps for the most part but they still want to give us an idea on how big the monster is. This new creature looks to be downright huge, a bit taller and much wider than Goliath, the first monster introduced to Evolve.
It also appears that this new addition has crab-like claws, a thick tail, and massive shoulders that seem to have some sort of spikes on them. These features may or may not make it into the final design as nothing is final just yet. You can get the Goliath skin and this monster for free as soon as it becomes available if you pre-order Evolve. The game will launch on February 10 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
