LEGO Jurassic World Teaser Released
Earlier today, Warner Bros. released a video on their game channel on Youtube entitled “LEGO Jurassic World Game – Teaser Trailer”. The 41 second long LEGO Jurassic World teaser pokes fun at the iconic water-rippling scene and shows a massive LEGO T-Rex which sounds very much like the ones from the movies. According to the video, the game promises “4 Jurassic adventures” in “1 colossal video game” and will be released some time in June of this year.
LEGO Jurassic World will take players through highlights of all four Jurassic Park films which include: Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park III, and the much-anticipated Jurassic World which is due to be released May 11th of this year. We will meet well-known characters from each of the movies, collect trinkets, and build strange LEGO creations as per the norm in any LEGO title. “Imagine playing as the ominous LEGO T. rex, roaming the grounds of Isla Nublar, smashing LEGO bricks and battling with other dinosaurs” TT Games Managing Director Tom Jones said, according to a Game Press post. “This game is bound to bring out the kid in all of us.” In the same Game Press post, it is said that in LEGO Jurassic World, players will collect amber in order to create and customize their very own species of dinosaur and play as dinosaurs both from the films and otherwise.
The new LEGO Jurassic World title was previously announced a few days ago on January 29th along with two other LEGO titles. LEGO Marvel Avengers will be released this fall and LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin is set to be in stores on the 24th of March. While LEGO Jurassic World has no definitive title, as the video states, it will be available this June for PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, WiiU, and Nintendo 3DS.
