A free-to-play MMORPG, Marvel Heroes first released in June of 2013. The game’s story sees players trying to stop Doctor Doom after he acquires the Cosmic Cube. Gameplay is similar to Diablo II, and lets players level up their characters. As characters level up, their stats increase and their abilities get stronger. Each characters has three power trees that they can spend points in. Each tree focuses on certain mechanics or play styles, such ass Captain America’s shield or Deadpool’s guns.
