New footage for Watch Dogs coming at Pax East, release date revealed

We’ve found out earlier this year that the new action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Montreal finally has a release date: May 27 2014, after the game was delayed from November 2013. In a recent tweet from Jonathan Morin, creative director of Watch Dogs has confirmed that they will not be making a demo version for the game. The scheduled release date is closing in fast and they can’t invest the time as they need it for the development of the game itself instead. There is however some good news regarding the much anticipated title as Colin Graham from Ubisoft stated “we are showing some new footage at PAX East “.

The gaming festival takes place between April  11-13 and is held in Boston. Although many of us are disappointed by the lack of a demo, at least we’ll get to see some more of the game at the Penny Arcade Expo before its release. In any case there should be no more delays this time around and we can expect to get our hands on Watch Dogs on the 27th of May. The game is coming out for PC, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PS4.
