Evolve Xbox One beta lets you play as Wraith if you pre-purchase

Want to play as Wraith, the recently revealed Evolve monster? Of course you do. The good news is that you won’t even have to wait until the game officially launches because the upcoming Xbox One open beta will allow you do to just that. Needless to say, you must own an Xbox One an opt in for the beta in order to be eligible. In addition, you will also need to pre-purchase Evolve to get access to Wraith according to a recent post by 2K Games. Pre-purchasing the game at any time before or during the testing phase will ensure indefinite access to the game’s third monster.

This means that not only will you be able to play as Wraith during the entire open beta, but you will also unlock the creature for the final version of Evolve. Furthermore, pre-purchasing the game also grants access to the last set of hunters, which go by the names of Parnell, Abe, Caira, and Cabot. In other words, pre-purchasing the game for Xbox One allows you play as the latest characters, plus all the other ones of course. The Xbox One open beta for Evolve kicks off next Thursday, January 15th and will run alongside smaller technical tests for both the PS4 and PC. Meanwhile, the final build of the game is expected to launch on all platforms on February 10th.
