The top smartphones for mobile gaming

Mobile gaming has become a huge industry in the last decade. With the younger generation especially being always on the go, many enjoy being able to play mobile games while commuting or whenever they have some free time. Different people enjoy different types of mobile games, some enjoy puzzle based games, some enjoy online casino games, such as MrGreen’s award winning slot games, while others prefer game traditionally played on a PC, such as Hearthstone and League of Legends. Whichever games you prefer, you will want a mobile phone that makes playing these games an absolute joy. More and more smartphone developers know that people are going to be using their products for mobile gaming, and as such, are trying to make the best phones for this. Here are some of our top picks for the best smartphones for mobile gaming.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is the ultimate mobile phone for gaming. It really has a lot of impressive features that make for an incredible gaming experience. The Game Launcher, only available for certain Samsung phones, is a fantastic addition; storing and categorizing all of your games in an easy to access way. The screen is curved at the edges, making its 5.5 inch screen look even bigger when you are gaming. It also uses the Vulkan API which is pretty great for gaming. It is however a little on the expensive side.

HTC 10

The HTC 10 is a great choice of mobile phone, if you are looking for an incredible gaming experience. The main standout feature of this phone is its exceptional audio which makes playing games amazing. This new BoomSound audio is really quite amazing. It is achieved through strategic placement of speakers to ensure that the best audio possible is delivered. The HTC 10 has a front facing top speaker that is specially placed, and designed to play mids and treble sounds only. The bottom speaker that runs along the phone’s base acts as a subwoofers, as to ensure perfect audio when it comes to frequencies on the lower end.

Nexus 6P

The Nexus 6P is a great smartphone that anyone would be happy to use. With a Snapdragon 810 processor and Adreno 430 GPU, the Nexus 6P is another great gaming phone for you. The specs in general are pretty impressive and everyone who games on the 6P really raves about it! The price point is also a big seller for the Nexus 6P; with very similar specs to the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, it is far more inexpensive, and you still get a great gaming phone.

Whichever of these three phones you pick, you will be happy about their mobile gaming performances. As the mobile gaming industry expands, we will only see better and better smartphones on the market to accommodate gamers’ needs for a flawless gaming experience. Hopefully next year, 2017 will bring us a range of even better smart phones than we are using now.
